This Kai Shun Boning Knife has a 6.0"/15cm blade with a 12.2cm handle. It has been designed to slice cooked/uncooked meat from the bone. It is perfectly balanced and has an unrivalled sharpness, so your knife with cut effortlessly through even the toughest of foods. All Kai Shun knives have a "chestnut" shaped handle which has been ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in your hand. The handles are made from fine laminated Pakka wood and have a full tang construction.
